Postpartum Doula Support

Postpartum needs are different from family to family and day to day. Each shift we will check in and chat with each other to plan the day around what is needed for the present. No judgment, no pressure, no rigidity. Just your postpartum bestie cheering you and your sweet family on! Support may include:

• Infant care to offer parents a break
• Informational and educational support
• Breastfeeding support
• Referrals as needed
• Emotional status check-ins 
• Rest and recovery support
• Light household tasks (laundry, bottles, dishes, tidying, etc.) 
• Light meal or snack preparation
• Small errands (groceries, joining at appointments, coffee run, etc.)
• Sibling care
• Babywearing

All services are non-medical in nature.

Postpartum support is designed to be consistent, flexible, and supportive of your recovery. Availability is typically offered on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Together, we will establish a schedule consisting of:

• 1–3 visits per week 
• 4-hour visits 
• A duration of 2–6 weeks

Shifts are typically offered in 4-hour blocks during the following windows: 

• Morning: 8am–12pm 
• Afternoon: 12pm–4pm 
• Evening: 7pm–11pm 

Your schedule will be confirmed in advance and tailored to your needs whenever possible. Requests for changes are accommodated when possible but remain subject to availability and your contracted service period. Because availability is limited, early booking is recommended to secure your preferred timeframe. 

Services are billed at an hourly rate of $28/hour and your total investment is based on the number of visits and hours you choose within your schedule.

A non-refundable retainer fee of $224 is required to reserve your schedule. This will be applied towards the total cost. The remaining balance is due By 36 weeks gestation for clients booking during pregnancy or In full at booking for clients hiring at or after 36 weeks or during the postpartum period.

Additional hours beyond your scheduled plan may be available upon request and are billed at the same hourly rate, subject to availability.

All payment and billing policies are outlined in your Postpartum Support Contract.
