Meet Your Doula
Hi there! I’m Lindsey Ross, Owner-Operator of The Okie Haven, LLC. I am a mom, wife, and doula who is honored to be supporting Tulsa area moms and their families. My friends know that I have a Lorelai Gilmore level tolerance for coffee. My kindle follows me everywhere. And my family is my absolute world. Being a mother is the greatest honor ever.
As a Certified Birth Doula (MCD), Certified Postpartum Doula (MCPD), and rebozo-trained birth professional, I offer compassionate, holistic, evidence-informed support that honors your instincts, your choices, and your story. I’m also certified in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED and hold a Food Handler Permit.
I’m most passionate about helping families prepare for and experience physiological birth through natural comfort measures, movement, positioning, and rebozo techniques! During the postpartum season, I love nurturing mothers with breastfeeding support, cozy meal preparation, practical household help, and encouragement as they find their rhythm.
I know that pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and parenthood can be beautiful, messy, and confusing all at once. I am here to remind you that you do not have to do it alone!
My Philosophy
I believe birth & postpartum are sacred. I honor your choices. I value the vital role of your partner. I support the mother-baby connection. And I believe in listening to the natural wisdom of your body. I don’t show up with an agenda or bias. I just show up for YOU. Whether you are seeking consistent doula support or you just want a couple hours to rest while knowing things are taken care of, I’ve got you covered.

Through doula support, education, and holistic care, my goal is to create an environment where you can slow down, ask questions, be authentic, and feel confident in your choices. A place where your voice is honored, your intuition is trusted, and you are never expected to navigate motherhood all alone!

Birth Doula Support Package
{$1200 Total}
As a certified birth doula (MCD) and rebozo-trained birth professional, I provide continuous, holistic, hands-on, and personalized support throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth. My primary focus is to support the mother and birth partner physically, emotionally, educationally, and informationally. Whether you are birthing at home, a birth center, or hospital, I am there for you and honor your choices!

- 4 Prenatal Visits
- Pregnancy Text/Call Support
- On-Call 24/7 (36wks +)
- Labor, Birth, & Immediate Postpartum Support
- 1 In-Home Postpartum Visit

Postpartum Doula Support
{Custom Packages, Cost Varies}
As a certified postpartum doula (MCPD) and breastfeeding advocate, I provide ongoing, personalized, in-home care during the early postpartum period. My primary focus is to care for the mother and lighten the load of every day tasks.
What Does This Look Like?
- Infant care to offer parents a break
- Informational and educational support
- Breastfeeding support
- Referrals as needed
- Emotional status check-ins
- Rest and recovery support
- Light household tasks (laundry, bottles, dishes, tidying, etc.)
- Light meal or snack preparation
- Small errands (groceries, joining at appointments, coffee run, etc.)
- Sibling care

Single Visit Support
Postpartum Reset Visit {flat rate $120}
A one-time, 2 hour, in-home doula visit focused on practical support, feeding guidance, newborn care basics, and helping your space feel manageable again. It offers a chance to truly reset, ask questions, and receive hands-on support without the commitment of ongoing care. This service was designed with those last minute needs in mind.
Natural Birth Partner Prep {flat rate $140}
A one-time, 2 hour, in-home doula visit focused on coaching your birth partner (and you) in basic practical comfort measures, positioning, advocacy, and supportive communication for labor. This session is designed for families planning an unmedicated or low-intervention birth (in any setting) who want hands-on tools and confidence.
FAQ & Contact
Insurance & Billing
The Okie Haven, LLC does not currently bill or accept insurance. Upon request, I can provide a superbill for Client to submit for possible reimbursement through insurance, HSA, or FSA plans. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and is dependent on Client’s individual plan. Client is responsible for confirming eligibility with their plan.
Some services may require a retainer fee in order to reserve availability. All payment/ billing policies will be outlined in the client contract. Custom packages and payment options may be available.
