General FAQ's

 My approach to doula care is rooted in professional trainings, evidence-based literature, and lived experience. Through my own pregnancies, birth, breastfeeding journey, and postpartum season, I’ve experienced different models of care firsthand. Those experiences have definitely shaped my understanding and knowledge, but they never shape expectations for my clients. Every family deserves support centered on their values, choices, and goals.

This is exactly why I am super intentional in my choice to work for my clients and no one else. I believe independent doula care allows me to fully support your needs without outside influence, bias, or pressure.

And at the end of the day, I don’t just show up as a doula, but a woman also walking through motherhood. I am your sister, your friend, a fellow mother, and a caregiver at heart. Caring for others is my actual everyday life, and that naturally weaves into the way I support families.


I offer thoughtfully held, heart-centered doula support during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum! I currently focus on Postpartum and Single-Visit Support clients and will be taking birth to clients in late 2027. The Okie Haven is growing and so are the list of services, so be on the lookout for new offerings of support!


I accept secure electronic payments including major credit and debit cards, HSA/FSA cards when eligible, ACH bank transfer, and checks.

All electronic payments are processed through my booking system, doulado.

I do not accept cash, insurance billing, Medicaid, or employer reimbursement programs at this time (including Carrot). However, I can provide detailed receipts upon request that clients may submit for potential insurance reimbursement if their plan allows it.


I do not offer regular discounts, but I am open to discussing individual circumstances. Please reach out if you are in need, and we can explore what options may be available!


I am based in Creek County and serving Tulsa and surrounding communities. Click here to see common areas of service! If you are outside of these areas, support may still be possible depending on distance and scheduling, and may include an additional travel fee.
