Meet Your Doula
Hi there! I’m Lindsey Ross, Owner-Operator of The Okie Haven, LLC. I am a mom, wife, and doula who is honored to be supporting families in the Tulsa area.
My friends know that I have a Lorelai Gilmore level tolerance for coffee. My Kindle follows me everywhere. And my family is my absolute world. Being a mother is the greatest honor ever.
I didn't always know that my path would lead me here. It was my own journey into motherhood that confirmed this calling I had felt to serve others in this way. Prior to The Okie Haven, I was a hairstylist and Manager. I have always had a passion for empowering others and creating a kind space.
I am deeply devoted to this work and allowing others to be heard, encouraged, and genuinely supported. Continued education, community, conversation, and life experience are all areas that I pull from to achieve this.
I know that pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and parenthood can be beautiful, messy, and confusing all at once. I want to remind you that you do not have to do it alone.
Why "The Okie Haven"
A haven is defined as a place of safety, peace, and rest.
That meaning is at the core of everything I do.
Through doula support, education, and holistic care, my goal is to create an environment where you can slow down, ask questions, be authentic, and feel confident in your choices.
A place where your voice is honored, your intuition is trusted, and you are never expected to navigate it all alone.
As The Okie Haven grows, it will continue to expand as a space for deeper support. This is more than a name. It’s a promise: that you have a place to be supported and cared for in every step of your journey.
