General FAQ's

I offer thoughtfully held, heart-centered doula support during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum! However, for the remainder of 2026, I will be pausing taking on birth doula clients and will be on maternity leave starting August 2026. The Okie Haven is growing and so are the list of services, so be on the lookout for new offerings of support!

I accept secure electronic payments including major credit and debit cards, HSA/FSA cards when eligible, ACH bank transfer, and checks.

All electronic payments are processed through my booking system, doulado.

I do not accept cash, insurance billing, Medicaid, or employer reimbursement programs at this time (including Carrot). However, I can provide detailed receipts upon request that clients may submit for potential insurance reimbursement if their plan allows it.

I do not offer regular discounts, but I am open to discussing individual circumstances. Please reach out if you are in need, and we can explore what options may be available!

I serve families in Tulsa and surrounding areas. My home base is in Beggs/Mounds, OK, so most visits are typically within a 25–45 minute radius from there.

If you are outside of this area, support may still be possible depending on distance and scheduling, and may include an additional travel fee.
