Postpartum Reset Visit

Postpartum Reset Visit is a one-time, in-home doula visit focused on practical support, feeding guidance, newborn care basics, and helping your space feel more manageable. It offers a chance to reset, ask questions, and receive hands-on support without the commitment of ongoing care. This service was designed with those last minute needs in mind to meet you where you are in those chaotic early moments. 

As valuable as it is, it does not replace the depth and continuity of classic Postpartum Doula Support.  This service is designed as a reset and does not include the full services that The Okie Haven Birth or Postpartum Support clients receive. 

Support in these visits are guided by your immediate needs. Support may include:

• Infant care to offer parents a break
• Answering your questions about postpartum life
• Breastfeeding support
• Referrals as needed
• Emotional status check-ins 
• Light reset of your space (laundry, bottles, dishes, tidying, etc.) 
• Light meal or snack preparation
• General guidance or education

All services are non-medical in nature.

Postpartum Reset Visits are offered as single, scheduled visits on Saturdays and Sundays, with occasional weekday pop-up availability based on openings. Postpartum Reset Visits are:

• 2 hours in length
• Scheduled in advance 
• Designed as a one-time support visit

This service is offered as a flat-rate of $120 for a 2-hour visit.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your visit.

Additional support may be booked separately if available.
